Esta canción habla sobre un mundo imaginario el cual se sitúa 'sobre el arco iris'. Esto hace referencia a el lugar perfecto donde no existen los problemas, como cuando dice: 'Where troubles melts like lemon drops'; dónde todas nuestras preocupaciones se derriten 'como gotas de limón', dejando atrás todos todo lo ácido de nuestra vida y simplemente disfrutando de nuestros sueños, los cuales se hacen realidad.
Por otro lado también hace referencia a la sociedad en la que vivimos, una sociedad en la que nos vemos obligados a hacer lo que nos dicen y no tenemos a soñar, por ello las canción nos incita a soñar con nuestro mundo imaginario en algún lugar del el arco iris.
La última parte de la letra dice: 'Oh why, oh why can't I?'. La canción se acaba y tenemos que volver a la realidad en la que vivimos, asumir nuestros problemas y aceptar que no siempre nos van a decir que nos aman, pero siempre tenemos nuestro mundo imaginario en el que todo lo que nos imaginemos se volverá realidad.
